Thank you for checking out our Fitness section, where we focus on fitness and a health lifestyle, while living on the road. We live full time in our RV, but that does not mean I had to give up on my fitness or health goals. Hi, I am Marc, long time cyclist and fitness enthusiast and health nut. A few years ago I have switched to a plant based (not diet) but lifestyle to further help improve my internal and external health, which I felt was an important step for me to maintain my nutrient intake as I got a bit older and wiser in years. Cycling and working out was never a real problem for me, as I am plenty motivated and consistent with my programs, but my challenge was finding the balance between too much, too little, right, or wrong kinds of foods (I love food, and I love to eat). Plant based "diets" or Vegan "diets" is not for everyone, and I am in no way promoting or forcing this type of lifestyle onto anyone, and I am a firm believer that you can eat whatever you want in moderation. My change in lifestyle, where I pretty much avoid all animal products came from learning more about animal product production, how animals are being treated and what animal products do to our health, if not consumed carefully and with some education.
I am not a doctor, nutritionist or a "professional" personal trainer. My experience comes from doing, trying and learning on my own, and I am simply passing on some of my experiences here for some motivation, ideas, tips, and share some of my favorite recipes.
Below are some of my ways of staying fit, along with some links to pages within this site. To see our daily postings on cycling, fitness and health, follow us on our special ROAD NOTES RV FITNESS social media sites listed below, and don't forget to join our private groups on Facebook and RVillage.

Before going full time RV, I was a local team cyclist. Now I am down to my road/gravel bike and E-Bike, but still incorporate healthy rides.
As I try and run almost daily, I find it not only relaxing, but of course a big contributor to my overall health..
What I put in my body is a big part of what I do for my body. Here you can find some of my favorite recipes.
As mentioned above, my knowledge comes from doing, trying, and learning.
Here you can find some of the resources I use to educated myself.
